Burnout is a state of physical and mental exhaustion caused by the accumulation of stress in life and work, such as feeling helpless, failed, exhausted, habitual procrastination, cynical, and often doubting life. It is also an increasingly common problem in the world. .
According to statistics from the International Labor Organization (ILO), more than half of workers (about 60%) around the world feel stressed and exhausted. However, the British organization Mental Health UK points out that burnout will not go away on its own, and continued neglect will begin to make people lose the ability and energy to laugh at work and in life. and based on Mental Health UK statistics show that 91% of British adults have experienced extreme stress in the past year, and the reasons are different from Burnout, which is defined by the WHO. The main reasons are: finance, work, loneliness, health, and relationships.
Simple ways to prevent the next burnout attack
Because this kind of burnout needs to be eliminated through conscious human intervention, it is best to solve the fundamental problem. However, busy life may not necessarily allow us to directly improve the fundamental problems. Therefore, starting from the awareness of self-energy is a good starting point. 謝謝 Amber & Ida,我試過時間區塊,以前甚至有試過toggle之類的計時器,紀錄每個任務花了多少時間,但總是不太滿意 或覺得這樣的安排少了什麼,但又不知道怎麼改。
